The decision path

From search to phone call, in three moments.

Our services support each moment. None of them can promise the result.

  1. 01 Being found

They search and compare who’s nearby.

    What the customer does
Searches for the service, scans the map and the profiles that appear, compares categories, hours and photos.
    What we manage
    • Primary

Local Visibility Management: accurate categories, services, hours, photos and updates; spot checks of key listings.

    • Supporting

Google Review Management: a steady flow of honest, recent reviews and replies.

Google lists reviews among the signals it considers; how much they count is Google’s decision.

    What nobody can promise
Where you appear. Google ranks local results mainly by relevance, distance and prominence, and decides for itself.

  2. 02 Checking credibility

They read what customers say, and how you respond.

    What the customer does
Reads recent reviews and the owner’s replies, and checks that the details look current.
    What we manage
    What nobody can promise
What customers write. We ask everyone eligible; they decide what to say, and the rating is theirs.

  3. 03 Making contact

They call, book or send a message.

    What the customer does
Taps call, opens the website or sends a short message, usually on a phone.
    What we manage
    What nobody can promise
Whether they get in touch. We can remove friction; the decision stays theirs.

Selected work

All work

Work we can show you.

Client work, our founder’s own businesses and independent products, each labelled for what it is.

How we work

Our process

How the work runs.

Four steps, from a first look to monthly management or handover.

  1. Step 1: Assess

You request a Visibility Review. We look at your profile, reviews and website as a customer would.

You provide: business name, website or profile link, your main concern.

  2. Step 2: Scope

If there’s a fit, we agree a written scope: service, locations, triggers, limits, price.

You provide: approved business facts; who approves sensitive replies.

  3. Step 3: Implement

We set up the process, profile work or website build, checking permissions and provider rules.

You provide: account access, photos, sign-off.

  4. Step 4: Manage or hand over

Monthly services continue with reporting. Websites are handed over to you.

    You provide: feedback and approvals.

What it costs

Prices in U.S. dollars. Messaging, carrier-registration or other pass-through charges, if any, are disclosed and agreed separately. Website hosting, domain and ongoing care are scoped separately.

Who runs Rainier

An operator’s approach to marketing: a published price, a defined scope, and no promise that can’t be kept.

Rainier Growth Partners was founded by Gabe Petersen, who runs real-estate businesses of his own. Each service is work an owner can check for themselves. Is every eligible customer asked for a review? Is the profile current? Does the website make it easy to call?

He also hosts The Real Estate Investing Club podcast, builds practical software products and previously worked in management consulting. Rainier keeps to three services so each one can be delivered the same way, every time.

Questions owners ask first

Do you guarantee more reviews or higher rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly promise either. Customers decide whether to leave a review and what it says, and Google decides where a business appears, mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. What we promise is the work: every eligible customer asked the same honest way, replies handled with care, and a profile kept accurate. The monthly report shows that activity plainly, without claiming every new review came from us.

Do you only ask happy customers?

No. Every eligible customer receives the same invitation, and eligibility rests on neutral facts such as a completed job, appointment or paid invoice, never a guess about how someone feels. Google’s policy prohibits selectively asking for positive reviews, and the FTC warns that asking only customers you expect to be happy can mislead. There’s no “how did we do?” filter before the review link, and no incentives.

How review management works

Is Local Visibility Management charged on top of Review Management?

No. Local Visibility Management includes Google Review Management and replaces it. You pay $499 a month per location, not $299 plus $499. If you start with review management and upgrade later, any extra setup is confirmed in your written scope rather than charging the full setup fee again.

Compare the two plans

Are there costs beyond the published price?

Sometimes, and you’ll know before you agree. If your setup sends review requests by text, messaging and carrier-registration charges are disclosed and agreed separately. For websites, hosting, the domain, paid assets and any ongoing care are scoped separately too. The published prices cover our work and, for review management, the base review software. Google Business Profile itself is free.

Do I need new review software?

Not necessarily. If a tool you already use, such as your scheduling, invoicing or CRM system, can send review requests properly, we use it rather than adding another subscription. If not, base review-management software is included in the plan. Either way, we confirm the exact trigger your system supports, such as a completed job or a paid invoice, before onboarding.

Do you only work with businesses in Tacoma?

No. We’re based in Tacoma, Washington, and work with businesses across the U.S. Your customers search where they are, and that’s what we help with: your Google Business Profile, review requests and website are managed remotely, with your approval at each step. Where you’re located doesn’t change the service or the published price.

Start with a Visibility Review.

Send your business name, website or Google profile, and what you’d like to improve. We’ll review how your business currently appears and tell you plainly whether one of our services fits.

  • No payment or login
  • A person reviews it, not a scoring tool
  • We reply by email with the most relevant next step
